Course
Completion
Your
progress through a course is monitored on your
Home Page. The colored progress bar indicates
which sections you have completed (green), begun
but not completed (gold), and haven't begun
(red).
If
you have not completed all of the interactions,
portions of the progress bar will be yellow
or red, and you will see the words "In
Progress" and "Continue." Click
on the progress bar to go directly to that section
of the course.
In
order to complete the course, you must:
- Complete
and finalize your interactions in the workshop
section of the course.
Interactions
include typing in information, checking boxes,
and choosing items from a list or menu.
Finalizing
the workshop records and stores your interactions.
You will not be able to change any of your
responses once the workshop is finalized.
If you would like to read your stored responses,
you may access them through your "Report
of Interactions."
Finalizing
the workshop also closes it. You will NOT
be able to reenter it. However, you may access
the information presented in the workshop
through the "Learner's Guide."
- Create
and finalize an Action Plan.
Create
your own personal Action Plan by selecting
ideas and suggestions for stress reduction
and personal renewal from the "Strategies"
section of the course.
Finalized
Action Plans are accessible from your Home
Page.
You
may return to the "Strategies" section
of the course as often as you like to create
additional Action Plans.
