Troy Rampy
President & CEO

Troy has over 30 years of experience as an educator in various aspects of integrative health care. He started as an educational, multi-media scriptwriter in 1971 and began leading and producing educational and personal growth groups and workshops in 1974. He has worked as a writer, counselor, facilitator, entrepreneur, and producer and has extensive background with interactive learning formats. He founded International Learning Center, Inc. in 1983 and started Wellbeing Lifestyles as a new division in 2002. Troy did his undergraduate work in English and Art History at the University of California, Santa Barbara and his graduate work in Psychology at Sonoma State University.

The synergistic blends of eastern and western health care practices, psychology and spirituality, and effective body/mind/emotion/spirit practices have been an ardent focus for Troy since the early 1970′s. Troy sees the growing influence of these practices as a major change factor in the U.S. and world health care cultures. His vision is to bring this information to an increasingly larger audience through Wellbeing Lifestyles .

Arthur West, MSBA
CFO

Artie is a practicing accountant specializing in tax and business consulting. In addition to being CFO to Wellbeing Lifestyles, he is a consultant to the Sony Corporation’s Finance Department at the Metreon in San Francisco and also consults with several other SF Bay Area businesses, ranging from employment agencies to IT specialists and biodiesel fuel brokers.

Artie received his B.S. in Accounting from the State University of New York at Albany, and his MSBA in Information Systems from San Francisco State University. He has been a professional musician for 30 years, and is a strong advocate of combining music and meditation for wellbeing purposes.

Mike Slagle
LifeStream™ Editor

Mike Slagle brings over twenty years of marketing and business development experience in the health care and medical device industries to the pages of LifeStream™. He is past travel editor for the online eZine, Freebird, and a freelance writer who regularly contributes articles on health care, travel, business, and education topics to numerous online and print publications.

Mike holds graduate degrees in English and Linguistics, as well as Public Affairs (Health Systems Administration) and also teaches writing at Indiana University-Purdue University and the University of Saint Francis, both in Fort Wayne, Indiana.

A long-time advocate of the health benefits of meditation and other complementary and alternative medical practices, Mike considers their emerging acceptance by conventional western practitioners as the next great wellness “breakthrough.”

Rich Webster
IT Director

Rich has over 25 years experience in communications technology. As an Information Architect he has produced hundreds of designs for print and Internet media, including the Stress Reduction & Personal Renewal™ course and Learning Management System.

Recognizing that communications and technology can often make life more stressful, Rich has dedicated himself to applying his knowledge of User Experience Design to make life easier, more productive, and more enjoyable.
